Healthcare specialties we support
Built from decades inside healthcare.
Before creating Aldwell, our team spent decades working inside healthcare organizations and seeing firsthand what independent practices need from their technology partners. Reliable support matters, but it is only part of the picture. Technology decisions also affect operations, security, compliance, governance, and ultimately the ability to deliver care.
Aldwell was built to bring those responsibilities together through a knowledgeable, consistent team that works as an extension of your organization.

Headquartered in Cincinnati.
On-site when it matters.
Aldwell is based in Cincinnati and supports independent practices across Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky. Most issues can be resolved remotely, but when on-site support matters, our team is already nearby.

View All Services →On-demand support lets you contact us as needs arise and pay for the time you use. Managed IT provides ongoing support, oversight, security, planning, and accountability for a predictable monthly cost. We can help you decide which approach fits your practice.
Everyday IT support is $75 per hour. Advanced systems, phone systems, consulting, projects, integrations, and virtual CIO/CISO services are billed at published hourly rates from $150 to $250, and we confirm the expected cost before work begins so you know what to expect. There is no after-hours surcharge.
See every rate →We do use clear written agreements, but they do not lock you into a long-term commitment. Every client signs a Business Associate Agreement and Statement of Work that outlines responsibilities, services, and pricing.
Whether you use pay-as-you-go support or managed services, there is no required commitment to a fixed term.
